The true leader of The Bridge is Jesus Christ. Under His guidance all of our leaders try their best to live like Jesus lived and lead like He would lead! That's no easy task, but it's our goal and we are humbly trying!
Pastor Greg & Maria
Greg came into the church when he was 16, and has been serving in the ministry ever since. He earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing from California State University, East Bay, and also holds a Masters Degree in Divinity from Gateway Seminary. Greg was an avid surfer in his younger days and still runs a surf camp most summers. He founded The Bridge in 2000 in the Edwards Movie Theaters.
Greg and Maria have been married for 9 years and live in San Marcos. Maria is a Dentist in Tijuana and they have a wonderful daughter named Elizabeth. If you have questions about The Bridge you can email Greg anytime at pastorgreg16@gmail.com.
Set - Up Team
So many wonderful people come together every Sunday to make The Bridge the wonderful church that it is. To get things started it’s the Set - Up Team. What a great group of guys that come together to do the Lord’s work. We work hard, but we also have lots of fun together. These are the guys that make it happen.
Welcome Team
When you first come into The Bridge you will receive a warm welcome from our Welcome Team. You’ll also receive a program that details the service. In your program will be an outline of the Sunday message, a communication card for your prayer requests and comments and an offering envelope. The Welcome Team provide fresh coffee and usually a nice snack or lunch after the service. Cindy Marks (in the flowered blouse) leads our team and they look forward to meeting you this Sunday. :-)
Worship Team
Music is a big part of any church and The Bridge is no exception. Christians worship God and sing; it’s what we do. Our band works hard to bring some great music to our service. It’s mostly upbeat music with drums and guitars. Carlos, to the far right brings in some wonderful keyboard tones. We think you will really connect with our music and our band. We hope to see you this Sunday!
Dream Team
Children and kids are very important to our church. Our Children’s Ministry is called the Dream Team. We hope and pray that our church helps kids learn how to develop a wonderful God inspired dream for their lives. Audrey Norling (second from right back row) leads our team along with many other wonderful volunteers that look forward to connecting with your kids. :-)
